This video has been in circulation for a while now. It's a very funny - albeit unsubtle and somewhat spiteful - comparison between China and America's economic fortunes. America takes the worst of it but some have also complained about the portrayal of China. Ethan Zuckerman has more on the filmmaker's background - he's American - and some reaction from the blogosphere. Also worth a look, though admittedly I'm biased, are the thoughts of Richard Spencer, the Telegraph's China correspondent, and his colleague in the States, Alec Russell.
